"Not keen on leaving a negative review..."
I faced a problem where my wallet wasn’t displaying any BTC totals. I reached out to BC Vault support and they got back to me super fast. It was a glitch with the updates; even though I was freaking out at the moment, the updates weren’t visible. Big thanks to the team for their speedy help! This was my first time contacting support, and I gotta say, I’m really impressed with how quickly they responded. Definitely a 5-star experience!

"Zero Balance Surprise!"
Half the time I log into my account, it shows a balance of $0.00. I totally freak out, then I go off and do something else, disconnect, and give it another shot. Sometimes it still shows zero, but other times, the balance is right.

I'm really happy with the customer support; it's super important to me. I spotted a mistake, and they got the software packed up in just a few days. I'd love to see a few more features added:
- The ability to wipe a wallet using a specific code if your funds are at zero and you can't remember the password.
- Support for NFTs on the Solana Network and other platforms.
- A Spanish translation would be great too.
